As an accomplished senior business and human resource executive, I have a proven track record of developing, implementing, and delivering both short and long-term results. I’ve held management and executive level positions with companies large and small throughout the United States.
As the Sr. Regional Manager for the 4th largest domestic region in McDonald’s (400 restaurants), I was honored to be part of McD’s Diversity Team as part of my career progression and most recently worked with a top 10 D&I firm as an independent Consultant. I hold a BA degree from the University of Michigan and a MA degree from Eastern Michigan University.
I focus my practice around a top-down approach, working with CEO’s and their leadership teams. My approach is intended to optimize the financial objectives of the organization by requiring and inspiring exceptional capabilities on the part of all team members. I’m an accomplished facilitator and leader of results oriented cross-functional teams.
I offer small and mid-sized companies an approach to D&I that produces real results using a cost-effective model. As a trusted advisor to the CEO and ELT, this sunset position will integrate a results-oriented D&I lens to every aspect of your business.
